2-year Warranty on Foam & Cushion integrity
2-year Warranty on Stitch & Seam intergrity

Outdoor Furniture Warranty:
5-year Warranty on Structural & Internal Frame integrity
2-year Warranty on Wicker colour fastness integrity
2-year Warranty on Wicker weaving intergrity

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Warranty starts from the date of delivery
2. The Warranty is good for Sofa and Outdoor Furniture under its normal and intended use only
3. The Warranty covers the repair or at the option of Massimmo, replacement or equivalent replacement without charge to the purchaser, any parts proved to be defective due to defective workmanship or materials  
4. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
   • Normal wear and tear
   • Use other than in accordance with its intended usage
   • Any unauthorised dissassembly, service, repair, alteration or modification being carried out
   • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused
   • Rough handling or transportation
   • Fire, earthquake, flood, fume or water pollution, convulsions of nature or acts of God
5. This Warranty does not cover the upholstery material used in Sofa and Cushions
6. This Warranty will be enforced with the original proof of purchase
